Role & Responsibilities:  Catering to affluent/Citibanking/Citigold account holders with professional advice and keep clients up to date with their investments and current market conditions  Working efficiently with clients and establish relationships based on trust to set up short term and long term investment strategies.  Cross selling bank products /investments that involve an excellent rapport with clients which help in getting the larger share of customers’ wallet and also referrals.  Maintaining zero escalation. Ensure compliance with Bank policies and procedures.  Work as a team in mentoring the new joiners/ managing team in absence of supervisor has been exciting part of my current role  Possess a sound understanding of various aspects of the business with thorough understanding of business units to provide a complete banking solution to clients.  Customer service and efficiently handling customer complaints and issues in a timely manner  Promote Bank’s vision and values on a daily basis.  Learning new products /concepts has been extremely great motivator for me, it has helped me in enhancing my skill set/intellect.  Maintained a successful sales track in the retail banking environment by providing outstanding customer service and exceptional knowledge of financial needs.  Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets
