Currently with Amphenol FCI, driving NPD, qualification and technical evaluation programs for tier-1 customers I lead technical assessments for tenders, field complaint investigations, supplier qualification and compliance to international standards, and coordinate third-party qualification testing (network performance, environmental, mechanical and durability) based on customer samples and field-returned complaint cables, ensuring product reliability, benchmarking and continuous improvement. With 10 years of experience in fiber optics, structured cabling and passive telecom connectivity, I have worked across engineering and quality domains, contributing to product development and qualification at Amphenol, 3C3 India and SBEE Cables. My hands-on experience includes handling factory in-process inspection, incoming quality control, PDI, qualification testing, NPD engineering support, application engineering and automation-driven improvements, backed by data-driven problem solving (RCA, 8D, FMEA, CAPA, SPC, Lean, QRQC). I hold a diploma in electronics and communication engineering and a certification in fiber optic communication technology.
