As a Mechanical Engineer at UltraTech Cement – Patratu site, I am responsible for supervising erection, alignment, and commissioning of mechanical equipment including cement silo, fly ash silo,opc silo, ggbfs silo, Clinker Silo,slag mill building, and associated structural work. I coordinate closely with project and safety teams to ensure timely and quality execution of work as per project schedule. Key contributions include: Successfully handled the fabrication and installation of silo structures. Oversaw equipment alignment. Ensured strict compliance with safety and quality standards on-site. Assisted in the planning and execution of heavy machinery foundation and erection works. Worked closely with cross-functional teams for smooth project progress.

1. **Fabrication and Erection**: Fabrication, Structures Erection, Equipment Erection and Installing Equipment like conveyors, crushers, Bag Fitter, Bag house and mills. 2. **Equipment Installation**: Setting up machinery like Roller Press, Bag Fitter, Bag House, Conveyor, Bucket Elevator and Coal Crusher. 3. **Maintenance Support**: Helping with repairs and part replacements during shutdowns. 4. **Pipeline Work**: Installing pipelines for process and utility systems. 5. **Safety**: Following safety standards during all activities. 6. **Reporting**: Keeping records and coordinating with the plant team. These tasks ensure the plant runs smoothly.
