I dedicated time to understanding the people, projects, and business, as well as key clients. I contributed to developing business strategies, resolving pain points in existing projects, building relationships, and advancing the digital agenda.

With over 20 years of experience in leadership roles, including strategy, corporate affairs, planning, development and oversight of large infrastructure projects, project financing, private-public partnership projects, corporate governance, secretarial and legal matters, government rules and regulations, and exposure to dealing with various government departments and organizations, I have effectively led and managed multi-disciplinary teams. I have also played a pivotal role in making complex techno-economic decisions related to the conceptualization, development, and implementation of infrastructure projects. My current responsibilities involve working with Central and State Government Departments, structuring projects on both PPP and non-PPP bases, heading secretarial and legal functions, conducting legal and commercial negotiations, overseeing project financing and development activities, marketing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with various government rules and regulations. This work is carried out in the context of the National Industrial Corridor Development Programme, in which I am involved as part of the team at the National Industrial Corridor Development Corporation Ltd. (NICDC). I have been associated with NICDC since its inception and have completed nearly 14 years with the organization. I have been nominated as a Board Member in various State/Project SPVs on behalf of NICDIT.
