During my internship at Škoda Auto Volkswagen India as an HR Intern, I gained hands-on experience across the full talent acquisition cycle. I built strong candidate pipelines through strategic sourcing, collaborated with hiring managers for job analysis and competency mapping, and ensured precise role alignment—especially for niche and technical roles in the R&D (TCP) domain. I worked extensively with the ATS, managing sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollouts directly from the system. I also maintained hiring dashboards using Excel to track recruitment progress and support data-driven decisions. Additionally, I contributed to salary negotiations and played a key role in successfully closing complex R&D positions, while consistently focusing on improving candidate experience and reducing time-to-hire.

I focused on generating and converting leads for companies seeking HR consulting services, successfully producing 32 valuable leads. This experience enhanced my skills in market research and client engagement. Grateful for the opportunity to grow and contribute!

My comprehensive hotel industry training during my graduation exposed me to all major departments Front Office, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, and Food Production, along with minor departments, Human Resources and Sales. This immersive journey provided me with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. In Front Office, I learned to create a welcoming atmosphere, master effective communication, and appreciate the power of first impressions. Key takeaways included a guest-centric focus, attention to detail, cash handling proficiency, empathy, and active listening. The Food and Beverage department introduced me to the culinary world, emphasizing menu planning, efficient service, event coordination, and the art of food presentation. Collaboration between the kitchen and front of house highlighted the significance of teamwork. Housekeeping taught me the value of meticulous attention to detail, resource management, guest comfort, and interdepartmental collaboration. Maintaining cleanliness and guest satisfaction were paramount. In the Food Production department, I immersed myself in culinary craftsmanship, learning culinary techniques, menu curation, visual presentation, and the importance of kitchen teamwork. This experience ignited my passion for the culinary arts. Exploring Human Resources revealed the critical role of talent acquisition, employee training, and effective employee relations. Nurturing talent and fostering a harmonious work environment were central. Lastly, the Sales department equipped me with strategies for attracting guests and maximizing revenue, including market analysis, relationship management, the sales process, and revenue management. Effective communication and persuasion skills were pivotal. Overall, my comprehensive hotel training enriched my understanding of the many facets contributing to a hotel's success, from guest satisfaction to culinary excellence and effective people management, equipping me with valuable skills.
