• Handling Critical Globalized Vendors & Procurement of Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics commodity. • Converting PR to PO, followup with supplier for on time deliveries to meet production target. • Follow-up with supplier for open orders for on time deliveries and ensuring material availability on production line considering production schedule, inventory targets. • Negotiation with more than 100 suppliers for purchasing the material along with transportation strategy and costs. • Selecting suppliers for placing orders for new items in accordance with approved purchasing strategies, criteria's (PSL / Non PSL) and managing supplier's database. • Preparation and circulation of customized reports and dashboards for analyzing and keeping track on various KPI. • To work with supplier for Credit note / RMA (in case of quality, quantity issue and damaged shipments or in case of Routing Guide violation). • Coordinating with logistics / import team for shipment tracing \ customs delay for air, ocean or on Road shipments. • Coordinating with Warehouse Team (Internal or Hub) to fix Receiving Challenges and smooth receipt of materials. •Working with Account payable team to resolve the Payment related issues with supplier. • Actively working on the Process Improvement activities. • Closely Work with Internal Customer to understand their exact needs & Purchase Request. • Manage Excess and re-balance with regions & Obsolete (E&O) process.
