Led the regional People agenda in a global matrix structure, partnering with senior leaders and COEs to scale teams in an AI-native environment. Built hiring and people ops capabilities, while strengthening leadership, organisation, and employer brand to establish APAC as an aligned deep-tech talent hub.

As part of the management team, crafted the HR function and people culture to power the company’s global strategy and execution. Facilitated the impact of leadership and HR practices to drive measurable gains in hiring, rewards and recognition, employee engagement, and talent branding.

Consulted with non-profit companies and women-led start-ups (incl. AnitaB.org and Wequity) on organisational development, leadership enablement and operations design. Worked in key roles to execute strategy for communications, brand, business ops and capability development.

Owned the design and set-up of key initiatives for leadership capability, employee engagement and social impact at the global and local level. Collaborated with senior stakeholders and guided strategic hiring, leadership development, and business planning.

As a member of the Global and India executive leadership, remodeled and advanced the HR organisation for the company’s growth from medium to larger enterprise. Partnered with stakeholders across 10+ countries to transform multiple people practices and bring together communities to scale culture and operations.

Co-led and developed the Australian HR team through its post-acquisition transition. As part of senior management - revamped HR to integrate local practices with global philosophy and supported various business re-organisation initiatives. Managed cross-cultural training with clients and employee engagement activities across 4 locations.

Managed the central team responsible to establish and drive effectiveness of the very first Business Partner HR function, in alignment to the Corporate HR strategy and business growth.

Led the HR function for 2 Units (Enterprise Solutions and Americas) which ranged from 1000-7000 employees globally, in 10+ locations onsite and offshore, overseeing a team of 3-9 HR Coordinators. Managed and shaped all post-recruitment HR activities.

Single point of contact for business-HR and Finance-coordination activities, to the employees and client vendor management (onsite and offshore), for 2 key accounts of the company.

Responsible for the marketing narrative, sales activities and student support.
