Involved in the development process of water filtration system using Capacitive de-ionization (CDI) technology for commercial and household (200LPD to 28KLD systems). Designed water filtration systems in 3D environment for R&D, development and Alpha testing using Autodesk Inventor. Designed and developed P&ID along with wiring harnesses of water filtration systems in sPlan for R&D and procurement activities. Developed test setups and testing methodologies and conducted Alpha and Beta testing for the prototypes. Managed the Supply Chain network for sourcing and maintaining material inventory stock efficiently. Supported in developing & implementing the shop floor layout and production process of the water filters.

Operated the tender for Operation and maintenance of Reach Stacker Cranes (RSTs) at Internal Container Depot CMLK for Container Corporation of India (CONCOR). Handled planning and execution of preventive and periodic maintenance of HYSTER, SANY and KONE make RSTs. Improved the RSTs up-time by developing, scheduling and undertaking periodic and planned maintenance activities. Reduced downtime due to RST breakdowns by enabling equipment item inventory stock of regular consumables, important spares and replacement parts. Executed On Board Diagnostics (OBD), overhauling and maintenance operations of Cummins, Volvo Penta make engine, DANA make transmission and Parker-Hannifin, Danfoss make hydraulic systems of said RSTs. Improved customer satisfaction scores through application of superior conflict resolution and problem-solving skills. Streamlined office operations by computerizing activities, managing customer communications, operations scheduling and day to day activities.

Conducted the task of improving Exhaust Back Pressure (EBP) sensor performance accuracy by using Six Sigma as Master Thesis project. Performed root cause analysis of the EBP sensor inaccuracy using dimensioning tools and ANOVA in MINITAB. Designed and implemented new and fast track testing methodology to simulate the real world working environment of EBP sensor to observe the sensor performance and improve research and testing capabilities. Optimized the EBP sensor performance using Minitab by means of Design Of Experiments (DOE) in combination with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) in SolidWorks. Validated the of the performance improvement of EBP sensor using a unique self designed testing methodology and test setup. The outcome of the Master Thesis project has been successfully implemented as next generation EBP sensor by Sensata Technologies.

Obtained hands on experience in engine & transmission building at the facility. Prepared, checked and coordinated documentation to support component design and application. Designed connecting rods, crankshafts for tractors and tillers using Autocad Software. Optimised the engine BSFC for tiller and tractor engines. Implemented Poka-Yoke and 5S standards, along with SOPs. Supervised the production of connecting rods and crankshafts at the manufacturing facility. Conducted Jig and Fixture validation and quality control of produced yields. Conducted machinery audit in the facility.

Partook in basic designing and modelling using Siemens NX 6 and Catia. Underwent workshop on general implementations of software and design by various automobile manufacturers for their requirements.
