In the year 2012 I joined company as DGM - Contract Mfg Tech transfer and later roes up to the level of GM-Sourcing & Contract Manufacturing. Currently I am managing purchase strategy development involving gathering requirements, justifying them, searching for the suppliers, negotiating with them, placing purchase order, follow-up of the purchase order. Streamlined organizational operations by executing strategic decisions in cost optimization and facilitating easy availability of all the required material. Strategized and evaluated launch requirements as well as recognised potential products for contract manufacturing. Lead complete procurement operations including designing and execution of the procurement strategies in sync with the organizational goals. Expertly planned and established processes for superior and flawless audits. Proven skills in forecasting and accomplishing supply chain requirements assuring smooth operational activity and achieving reduction in the downtime due to material shortages. I was recognized for defining procurement strategies; forge alliances for sourcing material, ensuring appropriate storage, carried out stock takes and managed warehouse, logistics and delivery of material. Descriptions: Led project management systems for API scale-up and commercialization at Dr. Reddy’s. Implemented innovative filtration and solvent recovery technologies for continuous manufacturing. Achievements: Maintained ZOTIF under 2% across multiple API plants. Scaled 12 APIs from pilot to commercial scale. Ensured DMF & ANDA submission alignment for API scale-ups. Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, (IICA), is a premier autonomous institution under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. IICA through its dedicated ‘School of Business Environment (SBE)’ has been focusing on supporting the growth of corporates sector in India especially in the modern forward-looking areas of Environment-Social-Governance (ESG), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Business and Human Rights (BHR). The School has also contributed significantly in the development of key policies and guidelines in these areas like NGRBC Among its many initiatives, SoBE IICA has launched the ‘IICA Certified Environmental-Social-Governance (ESG) Professional Programme’ in collaboration with the UNICEF.
