Past Work Job Profile and Experience Worked for 09 Years at SOMEA at (Jebel Ali Port Dubai UAE) Japanese based MNC in the capacity of (Logistics & Warehouse Operation Manager) We coordinate with various Reefer Shipping Lines / Air Line / Truck Line in collaboration with our warehouse team and basis process all the Export as well as Import related SEA / AIR and TRUCK documents for multiple customers situated all over the Gulf Countries and Worldwide. Job Role and Responsibilities handled  Planning and coordinating with the local distributors in collaboration with warehouse team in order to dispatch the retail shipments as per stipulated schedule.  Coordinate with the Sales & Finance Team for the LC - Letter of Credit  Arranging for the Preshipment inspection from Agency – SGS, BV, and Intertek.  Priority wise planning of the received Delivery Orders into the system AS400 & SAP customer wise and instructing the Warehouse Team accordingly for the Palletisation repacking and shipment gathering  I am assigned SONY LED TV – CBU + SKD + CKD / Digital Camera  Product segment for various regions GCC Countries – Saudi, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Jordan Tunisia, Algeria, Kenya, Nigeria, Lebanon and Pakistan.  Prominent responsibility is to coordinate and provide the customer proper Logistics Service Door to Door for SONY PROCUCTS LED TV – CBU + SKD + CKD / Digital Camera/PlayStation.  Based on the received Delivery Orders, we insert all the shipment related details into the system SAP/AS400 and generate the Commercial Invoice + Packing List + Delivery Notes + Delivery Advice + HS Code Sheet + Beneficiary Certificate + Vanning List + Standing Guarantee + Exit Certificate  Upon Logistics Instruction Warehouse starts stuffing and destuffing of the Containers for both FCL & LCL cargoes.  Import / Export Declaration Bill are processed online in the Dubai Customs - Emirsal 02 and respective goods are handed over to the customer or their nominated forwarder.
