* 1. Responsible for daily sensory test of ENA. * 2. Sensory and palate testing of blends created. * 3. Quality check of Analysis of each batch produced. * 4. Spectrophotometric Analysis of Blends, ENA & Malt Spirit. * 5. Regular check of bottling process (Batch, Sensory Evaluation, pH, Strength & volume of liquor etc) * 6. Documentation accourding to ISO 22000:2005 (FSMS) * 7. To do manpower planning for the producyion of Blends. * 8. Be responsible for the interaction with other departments on quality related matters. Including performance activities such as audits, program setup, program planning etc * 9. Responsible for Quality Control program implementation. * 10. Will be responsible for doing quality checks within the stipulated time frame. * 11. Ensure adequate corrective measures are implemented in cases of noncompliance. * 12. Reduce wastage and other cost incurred due to product and process quality. * 13. Improve existing structures and systems of the quality department.

* 1. Responsible for day-to-day operations of Section. * 2. Online Process controller. * 3. Calibration of instruments. * 4. Responsible for analysis of RM and Finished Goods analysis as per Standard. * 5. Monitoring of CCP (Critical Control Points) in the process to ensure HACCP Compliance. * 6. Critical monitoring of all on line process parameters, preparation and documentation of all shift activities in chronological order in Daily Quality Report. * 7. Conducting internal audit to process and product QMS / trend for compliance and make a suitable CAPA( corrective & preventive action). * 8. CIP of plant, water tank. * 9. Actively participate in GMP, GLP, HACCP & Pest management. * 10. Estimation of moisture content in RM/PM/FG. * 11. Maintain and look after the hygiene conditions in the plant. * 12. To maintain the records of all the activities on standard formats and keep the documentation updated.

Activities and Societies:  Academic Project undertaken : * Techno-Commercial Feasibility report on "Production of Industrial Ethanol".Ethanol (ethyl alcohol) is an alternative fuel fermented from wheat, grain sorghum, barley, potatoes, and from sugar crops.  Seminar:- * Presented a seminar in the sixth semester of B.Tech on “Penicillin Production”.
