Driving localisation by integrating local workforce, suppliers, and subcontractors into project delivery, strengthening in-country capabilities and supporting Uzbekistan’s clean energy transition. Spearheaded end-to-end bidding and proposal management across multiple CIS countries, formulating winning bid strategies aligned with client expectations, regional market dynamics, and project risk profiles. Leveraged deep understanding of local regulations, competitive landscape, and techno-commercial frameworks to develop high-quality, competitive, and compliant proposals, addressing complex project challenges and unlocking new growth opportunities for the organization.

Managed Bidding & Proposal activities across India, Nepal, and Bangladesh within the Power Transmission & Distribution sector. Conducted market trend analysis and developed successful strategies for competitive advantage. Cultivated valuable relationships with prospective clients, suppliers, sub- contractors, logistics partners, and local vendors in the Renewable Energy sector. Prepared and submitted Bids & Proposals for government and international clients’ projects funded by ADB & MCA, with a combined value of $320 million. Actively participated in Reverse Auctions (eRA), demonstrated adept negotiation skills and a commitment to securing cost-effective contracts.

Managed a 400kV D/C Bhogat – Kalavad Transmission Line project worth $20 million USD, delivering it on negotiated revised time, within budget, and meeting top-quality standards. Enhanced customer satisfaction by exceeding project success criteria and upholding EHS standards and governance protocols. Efficiently delegated tasks within the team with more than 8 direct reports, collaborated with diverse stakeholders, and demonstrated strong financial acumen, leadership, and risk management skills. Maintained composure under pressure, optimized project timelines, and ensured successful project outcomes. Successfully managed the clearance of Right of Way for a 125 km transmission line spanning four districts. Garnered support from state and district administrations, politicians, and various stakeholders to facilitate the project's progress.
