Ownership of Meesho's complete Infrastructure Engineering - DevOps, SRE, Datastores (Databases & Data Platform Infrastructure), Information Security & Compliance Engineering, Performance Engineering, and Corp IT. Built the entire infrastructure organization of 110+ engineers (90 FTEs + 20 contractors) from ground up: 30 DevOps/SRE engineers, 17 Security engineers, 12 Performance engineers, and supporting functions. Reimagined and built CI/CD, auto-scaling, and high-traffic serving systems from scratch that enabled 10X business growth in under a year. Planned and executed a complete datacenter-to-cloud migration of 270+ microservices and supporting components in 7 months — covering compute, databases, networking, and security. Scaled the engineering team from 30 to 50 in 3 months to support Blibli.com's rapid growth in the Indonesia market. Owned Incident Management and Change Management processes end to end. Evangelized and implemented SRE practices across both organizations. Contributed to senior leadership on overall technology vision and execution strategy.

Built and scaled the Production Engineering (DevOps) team from 5 to 40 engineers across Ola's multi-cloud environment (AWS & Azure). Accountable for 24x7 Incident Management and Change Management for rapid software deployment across highly critical production systems. Built infrastructure stacks from scratch for Ola Share, OlaMoney, Shuttle, Bike, and Communication Platform — owning high-availability and operability of Ola's entire production environment. Led the cloud migration of OlaMoney (Ola's FinTech platform) from AWS to Azure while maintaining full security and compliance posture. Owned technology compliance including ISO and PCI DSS certifications, participating directly in RBI audits for the fintech platform. Drove a culture of automation, operability reviews, and continuous infrastructure improvement.

Managed a team of 35+ skilled DevOps professionals. Also responsible for Company's New Products and feature launches in an Operable manner to maintain high uptime.

Managed communication gateway operations (Email & SMS) ensuring reliability and deliverability. Launched three major ad-tech products from scratch — Supply Side Platform, Life Time Value Platform, and Demand Side Platform (InMobi Studio) — plus AppGalleries, with a team of 6 Production Engineers. Every product went live within 2 months of POC, playing a key role in both production infrastructure and software architecture decisions. Pioneered InMobi's first AWS infrastructure — designing cost-effective, auto-scaled production environments that set the template for future projects.

As Senior Operations Lead, managed InMobi's core revenue-critical properties (Adserve & UI) and launched SmartPay from scratch. Was sole DevOps/SysAd here, responsible and accountable for 24x7 Operations of JobsAhead.com, helped it integrate with Monster later. Brought Monitoring in into the Infra and made several significant performance improvements in of Lucene based search system, bulk email delivery, DB and Webserve.
