* Primary contact person with the key shareholders relating to financial reporting and corporate governance. I was selected to this role primarily the result of my very strong financial reporting and analysis expertise and my strong command of the English language * Responsible for the current internal project of implementation of the analytical accounting within the firm * In charge of all aspects of the Hyperion analytics and financial reporting packages * Focal point for all types of top management and confidential reports related to the mobile operator’s business to the shareholders (e.g. financial, marketing, technical, commercial, etc.) * Main contact with the Ministry of Telecommunication and the National Institute of Telecommunication with respect to the firm’s KPIs.

* An integrated member of the finance team of Shell Petroleum’s Tunisian operation (Butagaz Tunisie). * Primary contact person for all financial analytics and analysis relating to the LPG (Liquid Petroleum Gas) business in Tunisia (e.g. monthly and quarterly reports on sales, expenditures, purchases vs. Plans, unusuals) * Designated as the responsible person in Shell Tunisia to manage and opine on all of the businesses capital expenditure requirements prior to any corporate approvals

* Responsible for the achievement of an analysis on the Tunisian economic market, the principles of the Tunisian stock market, a stock guide and the recommendation of some listed companies for potential foreign investors. * Secondary contact for Middle East investors for possible investments on the Tunisian stock exchange.

* Conducted a comprehensive presentation to the credit derivative department regarding BNP Paribas' alternative in the Islamic banking market. * Prepared financial analysis of the variations of the spreads for high-risk companies. * Secondary contact for Middle East institutions and other clients. * Represented BNP Paribas in a number of summits relating to Islamic finance products.

* Provide a full facilities management service to ensure that all aspects of maintenance and servicing within the client’s home meet her/his requirements and are compliant with all health and safety and other statutory requirements * Follow up and advise on any post-purchase issues * Oversee maintenance and major works * Guarantee the best service standards and absolute discretion at all times * Verification and payment of all household accounts in your absence. This includes checking meter readings and assessing service levels * Security screening of all contractors who enter client’s home * Regular visits to monitor the status of the home and to ensure all legal requirements (particularly regarding any mechanical and electrical machinery) are addressed * Access to specialist contractors for period homes * Overseeing major works and planning for these in a timely manner, ensuring all necessary consents are secured * Assistance on choosing interior designers and their ongoing project management * A regular commentary on the property market
