beloTEQ offers a complete line of equipments and services for biomass to energy systems. Mainly focussed on commercial, institutionnal and light industrial applications, beloTEQ can also accomodate residential customers. My role as co-founder and president of the company was to develop and market solutions to offer turnkey biomass to energy systems to various types of customers. The key aspect of this business development was to identify the best suited technology to accomodate the needs of our market and to establish and secure business collaboration with the manufacturer of the technology. Over the last 8 years, beloTEQ has become an important actor in the biomass to energy market in Quebec and is known for its reliable and performing systems, but also for its dedicated customer's service. Key contributions: - Established a business collaboration agreement with a major biomass equipment manufacturer in Europe - Developped business opportunities with customers in Quebec - Managed the daily operations and challenges of a business startup - Designed, installed and commissioned multiple bionergy plants ranging from 200kW to 3MW in the institutionnal, commercial and agricultural fields.

BRP is a world renowned recreational product manufacturer. The Products Performance and Quality department reports directly to the business high management. The main role of this department is to follow the product performance, reliability and safety of products in the field, to evaluate risks and costs of quality issues, to implement and communicate field interventions and to measure their effectiveness. Key contributions: - Played a key role in the follow up of the quality and performance during the launch of BRP's first on road vehicle - Analysed data to identify problems using statistics and field experience. - Proceeded to investigations and tests to define problems. - Prepared and presented cost analysis and business cases to high management to demonstrate the necessity of actions. - Coordinated problem solving teams composed of resources from different departments (engineering, production, service, legal, purchasing, etc.). - Coordinated and implemented service actions or recall and adapted them to field realities and dealership network operation.

I joined the SCL Medtech team as the third full time employee, I was involved in about all the activities and challenges faced by a startup company. Key contributions:  Elaborated and implemented design to production processes.  Elaborated and implemented quality control processes.  Participated to the creation of the company’s quality manual and the certification under ISO 13485.  Designed electromechanical and hydraulic systems using complex computer controlled systems.  Manufactured and installed equipments.
