• Conducted comprehensive post-repair testing and performance validation to ensure all units met network and OEM standards before release. • Performed advanced troubleshooting and fault diagnosis on Huawei and Nokia RAN hardware (including RRUs, BBUs, RF modules, and microwave units) to restore full functionality. • Performed component-level replacements and PCB rework on multilayer boards while handling fine-pitch packages(e.g. BGAs, TQFN, etc) and sensitive RF circuitry. • Led root-cause failure investigations for recurring failures on RAN equipment and implemented corrective actions. • Prepared detailed technical reports, repair notes, and documentation to support process standardization, knowledge sharing, and long-term maintainability.

Acquired hands on skills in processing line maintenance, safety and 5S, industrial automation(sensors, PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, motors, pneumatic systems, etc.) and electrical installation. Also gained experience in proper use and handling of power(drills, angle grinders) and hand tools to lay, fabricate, install and fasten electrical installations while adhering to proper workmanship and top-notch professionalism.
