Office Manager / Accounting Responsibilities:  Process accounts receivables & payables  Reconcile on a monthly basis the company bank account.  Handle collections of past due accounts.  Prepare payroll & file and pay payroll taxes  Process & track payments for all contracts  Prepare and report sales & use tax for corporation.  Process refunds for clients as required Office Manager / Operations:  Develop forms for administrative use including contracts & terms of agreements, and punch lists per job / per trade.  Produce schedule of events for clients, trades, and designer as requested.  Assist in the scheduling of trades.  Renew all licenses for corporation (Business, Corporate & Resale) on an annual basis.  Supervise other office personnel and assist or train as required.  Produce proposals and contracts as required by client and / or company.  Renew and Maintain company insurance and owner’s insurance for three of his properties.  Update & maintain files both legal & professional.  Research products (furniture, wall covering, fabrics, marble tops, flooring, etc) for pricing and availability.  Generate purchase orders for selected furnishings stones, flooring, and textiles.

Office Manager / Customer Service:  Process accounts receivables.  Process internet orders and arrange for shipping via UPS, Alterman, or American Airlines.  Handle customer complaints and concerns.  Do weekly deposits and payroll tax payment through First Union Bank.
