I am a Certified General Appraiser and Registered Professional Forester specializing in large timberland, conservation properties, and other natural resource assets. Our firm, The Healy Company, provides appraisal and valuation services to public agencies, conservation organizations, institutional landowners, and private clients throughout the western United States. Our practice combines expertise in forestry, real estate appraisal, natural resource economics, and conservation to support acquisitions, portfolio valuation, land management, and public investment decisions. I have been working in the natural resources/forestry field for the past 30+ years. My clients include industrial timberland owners, private investors, conservation organizations, real estate firms, and legal firms..
