I have the privilege of leading the corporate communications team and my primary mandate includes corporate marketing and communications, brand strategy and development. I have the task of providing strategic direction for commercial, corporate and channel communications, communications planning and performance, brand development and corporate responsibility.

As the Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Director of Marketing at Abu Dhabi Media Company, I was in charge of the Sales and Marketing budget, group sales target and I managed 22 different Abu Dhabi Media brands, and I was responsible for implementing brand strategy, development, positioning, events, communications. In addition to this, I established the brand's evaluation mechanisms, and created the media plans for the Abu Dhabi 2030 strategy for 3 years.

Upon joining Abu Dhabi Media Company I defined the company’s brand architecture and worked on strategies that supported the 22 different Abu Dhabi Media brands. In addition to this, I was responsible for heading the companies research functions that monitored competitors behavior, activities, market trends and consumer behavior.

At First Gulf Bank, I was responsible for managing the team in charge of corporate branding, marketing and communication activities. In addition to developing PR and Communication strategies for the bank and its subsidiaries, as well as developing crisis management communication manuals and I established the internal communication unit.

As the Chief Commercial Officer at DMI I was responsible for improving and managing the marketing team that were in charge of the newspapers, and managing the Corporate accounts team where I helped bring in new business and expanded the current business.

During my early years’ at EIT I was privileged to be a part of the launch team in 2006. As the Director of Corporate Communication and Marketing I was responsible for PR and media relations, supporting the corporate communication functions in all EIT subsidiaries, and I managed the communication strategy for the Tunisian telecommunications transformation program, and built promotion and communication strategies.

At Thuraya Satellite Telecommunications Company, I managed a team of country managers and developed a marketing plan for the Indian sub-continent region, as well as built strong relationships with Thuraya service providers in the Indian sub-continent.
