 In collaboration with the project management and execution team, implemented policies, procedures, and tools to collaborate on all aspects of project management, including budgeting, planning, procurement, and QA.  Development and execution of a plan to help drive a business shift from current-state to future-state processes related to the business transformation and to drive strategic engagement on distressed client projects.  Lead and consult with functional unit management to identify technology scope and to document business needs from user stories and coordinate with the offshore development team.  Conduct training and workshops for organizational change management activities to deliver improved process initiatives and new application adaption.  Involvement as part of the decision-making in technologies for deployment and integration such as iTWO Application, AWS Cloud Architecture, and API service to integrate financial systems.

-Defined, implemented, and continually reviewed ITSM strategy and policies for the entire project IT infrastructure using ITIL best practice, that enabled an increase in efficiency in all IT operations. -Led the implementation of ISO 9001 quality standard for the entire Middle East operation -Actively participated in strategic initiatives across the company and connected with executive management and pace of change. -Led the effort to implement Dynamics GP to digitize the back-office operation. -Led systems integration with SAP, Primavera P6 and Autodesk Revit, Primavera contract management.
