PMC: Silhouette Design LLC. ▪ Duties & Responsibilities: - Performing internal and external inspections and checking for all quality-related procedures in the site, and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan (ITP). - Arrangements of daily external consultant inspections. - Technical and material documents submittal review. - Compile quality documentation. - Visits to supplier’s site. - Monitoring validity of site materials. - Participate in the project internal quality audits. - Develop team schedules and assist in the successful on boarding and training of team members. - Quickly and effectively resolve team conflicts - Taking all inspections for civil and finishing works and coordinating with MEP scope. - Review and coordinate quantity surveyor (QS-INVOICES). - Conducting daily, weekly and monthly reports and discussing on-going works in site with owner attending weekly meetings. - Maintain frequent communication to offer encouragement, amend tasks, and provide updates on goal progress.
