Applied OEE analysis, root-cause methodology, and performance trend monitoring to reduce defects and stabilise both hot and cold end operations. Directed new glass container development from concept through to production, collaborating with customers and engineering teams on mould design optimisation and forming process refinement.

Responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and industrialisation of glass containers across food and beverage markets, ensuring all new products met customer specifications, quality standards, and forming process requirements. Led mould engineering from parison design through to cooling system specification — selecting appropriate forming processes (NNPB, LWPB, BB) and gob configurations while accounting for machine speed, metallurgy, and equipment variables. Coordinated with mould and machine suppliers to develop full mould sets across multiple cooling systems, including Axial, VF, and IVF configurations. Oversaw sampling, first-run production, and container acceptance protocols, managing all alterations through to final approval. Maintained mould quality control, repair standards, and issuance in alignment with production planning requirements.
