Leading the People & Culture function at AHB with a strong focus on Organizational Development, building HR systems and frameworks from the ground up to enable business performance and scalability. Driving the design and implementation of core OD and HR pillars, including organizational structure, job architecture, competency frameworks, and performance management systems aligned with business strategy and operational efficiency. Key areas of responsibility include: • Designing and implementing grading and job evaluation frameworks using the Hay Methodology, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness • Building Total Rewards structures (compensation, benefits, allowances, and incentive schemes) aligned with business needs and Saudi market benchmarks • Developing competency frameworks across all levels, linking roles to performance, development, and succession planning • Leading the development of a performance operating model, including KPI cascading from company strategy to departments and individual roles • Driving organizational design and workforce planning, including restructuring and role optimization initiatives • Establishing and strengthening HR governance, policies, and procedures in alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements • Leveraging people analytics and psychometric assessments to support talent decisions and leadership development Partnering closely with executive leadership to translate strategy into actionable HR frameworks, enhance efficiency, and build a high-performance, data-driven culture.
