* Coordinate with HR respective directors to facilitate the organization needs * Working as an assistant for the HR member representative of Business Strategy refreshment project, in the shared Service Work stream group, supporting consultant, PwC, through The following: - The Taxonomy of HR processes. - FTE mapping and validation. - Candidacy assessment of the HR processes to be consolidated with other cities in Shared Service Center(SSC). - Contribute in Business Case development of SSC. - Contribute in Targeted Operating Model of SSC including Vision and Mission and Objective of SSC. - A Coordinator of this project in HR sector. - Attending 6 Transfer knowledge sessions, explaining the following: 1- Base lining 2- Operating Model. 3- Business Case Development 4- Implementation Plan 5- Introduction of SSC model 6- Candidacy Framework. * A member-committee of His Excellency RC jubail's CEO COOP prize. * A member-committee of Spending Efficiency team within RCJ by coordinating with Spending Efficiency Center (SEC). * Lead of Safety Committee in HR sector.

* Identfying the demand and supply of the workforce in all over Royal Commission's Deps. & Devs. *Coordinateing with all Deps. to accomplish the staffing based on annual business plan. * Managing the jobs' budgets based on the grades and job families. * Monitoring the Saudization rate within the organization. * Monitoring the movment of the employees's life-cycle. (from Onbording to Turnover). Considering any needs that may generate in the plan resulting from the employees' tourover & transmissions. *A project manager for studying the real demands for the manpower in RC. *Responsible for managing and controlling the academic manpower planning affairs in Manpower Planning division. *Preparing any required studies/Reports for the manpower field. *A member of the department`is business process modeling committee. *A member of different job fairs established by RC. *A graphical designer for some different projects within the department.(using Photoshop CC)

* Design the annual training plan for the company based on the needed skills and required knowledge.(using: need analysis, competencies assessment, gap analysis...). *Preparing training calendar for each month. *Nominating the candidates for each course with a cooperation of all discipline heads. *Setting up all necessary equipment to conduct smooth-session training. *Coordinating with third-parties and vendors to establish the required courses. *Coordinating with HSSE department to train all employees with the mandatory safety courses. *Supervising the apprenticeship program. *Attaining high KPI for the training to achieve the desired performance. *Issuing training attendance certificates(wasn't exist before). *Responsible for the impliment the training quality evaluations (wasn't exist before). *ِConduct the performance appraisals for 2016 for the whole company's' employees.

I had an experience with SAP authoization areas such as: - manage users within SAP: create, copy, delete, louck or unlouck users. - Assign (Role) to the end-users. - Createing/Updating roles.
