• Select, qualify, and register new vendors in alignment with organizational procurement needs. • Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships, including financial stability, regulatory non-compliance, and supply chain disruptions. • Apply rigorous due diligence in vendor evaluation and onboarding to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and support procurement standards. • Conduct financial capacity assessments for local and foreign contractors against agreed-upon metrics to ensure quality and risk mitigation. • Manage and maintain a vendor database of 20,000+, ensuring regular cleansing and updates. • Conduct in-depth market research to identify and evaluate new potential vendors. • Organize and lead vendors capability meetings to assess technical, operational, and strategic fit. • Develop long lists of qualified vendors through vendor prequalification and market analysis, ensuring competitive and compliant sourcing for upcoming tenders. • Generate reports and analyze insights on vendor performance, cost trends, and other metrics. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as procurement teams, department heads, and senior management, to align vendor management strategies with organizational goals. • Handle complex, high-impact procurement assignments requiring in-depth analysis. • Act as SAP Ariba power user; provide comprehensive functional expertise to stakeholders.

• Act as sole SRM power user as owner of SRM module and master data; ensure ongoing effective and accurate management and maintenance. • Pre-qualify and register new suppliers as per Procurement Department demand and need. • Ensure supplier adherence to Sadara standards, policies and procedures along with Saudi Arabian laws and regulations for the supplier’s registration process. • Expert in verifying local and foreign suppliers’ legal documents for the registration process. • Support in major supplier compliance, quality and payment issues. • Support the supplier segmentation activities to identify critical suppliers. • Conduct variety of supplier assessments and evaluations. • Key participant in major SRM projects/enhancements which require high level of SRM expertise. • Develop the Supplier Relationship Module and ensure continuous improvement agenda. • Maintain ongoing collaboration with cross functional teams to support and strengthen the service level provided to internal and external stakeholders. • Act as SAP Ariba power user; provide comprehensive functional expertise to stakeholders. • Onboard Sadara legacy suppliers to SAP Ariba with full technical support to suppliers. • Track, communicate and report SAP Ariba performance/technical issues; conduct and lead regular meetings with IT and SAP Ariba Support Team for discussions, investigations and resolutions. • Handle complex or non-routine assignments which require in-depth knowledge and analysis. • Mentor and monitor intern students and newly joined SRM teammates. • Participate and contribute in Adhoc root cause analysis related to SRM processes. • Key representer of Procurement Department in some public occasions such as IKTVA Forum. • Identify the department needs of process automation to automate current manual processes. • Maintain ongoing collaboration with Local Content Department to enable local manufacturers.

• Process day-to-day transactions and payments submitted by other departments and branches. • Repair all local payments in the out queue. • Return all discrepant payments to the respective sending banks. • Process payments appearing in the repair queue which cannot be processed through the HUB during a contingency situation and arrange for manual input payments.
