- Partial management of the operations within the organization, including the procurement procedures of the factory's production machinery, as well as, new retail shops fit-out with efforts to unify the brand main theme. - Preparing of the construction drawings of the new extensions in several areas in the factory's facilities. - Preparing of selected items or spaces shop drawings and renderings for visual clarification purposes. - Communication and finalization of agreements with several service providers, such as, consulting, logistic, and legal entities, to facilitate the organization's set expansion plans.

- Drafting of preliminary plans for the construction and renovation of selected residential projects, and preparing of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) of the architecture and interior related elements. - Documentation of contracts and coordination of the several stakeholders in a new hospitality project (owned by Private Offices), including Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Interior, Firefighting contractors, and the assigned hospitality operations management agency. - Tailoring and finalization of new and renewed rental agreements, based on both parties requirements (Private Offices and their tenants). - Direct communication with tenant's representatives in regards to several matters, including units handover procedures, as well as, contract termination procedures.
