Responsible for spearheading the strategic direction, operations, and growth of the Biomedical Engineering Department within a specialized consulting and educational organization in Saudi Arabia. This leadership role involves: • Service Development: Designing and delivering high-impact biomedical engineering consulting solutions, including healthcare technology planning, regulatory compliance, equipment lifecycle management, and digital health integration. • Educational Programs: Curating and overseeing the development of training programs, workshops, and certification courses tailored for biomedical engineers, healthcare professionals, and technical staff across healthcare institutions. • Client Engagement: Collaborating with hospitals, ministries, and private healthcare entities to assess needs, provide expert guidance, and implement best practices in healthcare technology management (HTM). • Innovation & Research: Driving innovation in biomedical engineering education and practice by incorporating emerging trends such as AI in healthcare, interoperability, and sustainability.

- Developing and monitoring quality improvement activities in the healthcare technology management regarding technology, planning, procurement, delivery, and maintenance of medical equipment through compliance with the requirements of accreditation and the standards and regulations in force - Develop and formulate models and policies of the healthcare technology management with all its management and implement the procedures and controls that cover all areas of activity so that all procedural requirements are met while providing cost-effective and quality results. - Supervising training programs for healthcare technology employees and medical staff on medical equipment to ensure that services continue to be provided in accordance with performance quality standards and requirements - Follow-up reports of alerts and summonses and the results of accident investigations related to medical equipment - Taking into account safety laws and applicable regulatory standard. - Preparing documents and reports specialized in business and presentation and clarifying them and keeping them in the databases of healthcare technology in accordance with the policies and procedures adopted. - Contribute to the development of the skills of team members and enhance leadership responsibilities and develop the methods and procedures of work and introduction of technical developments that enable the department to upgrade and meet the constant need and work to find and recommend practical improvements. - Evaluating and monitoring the performance of the team and identifying and ensuring the availability of all resources, materials, and techniques necessary to carry out work and activities. - Work to meet the requirements and standards adopted in quality that fall under the responsibilities of the department
