Supervising all SQ of Logging tool performance , leading LWD workshop team to repair , service , Modify , calibrate and Maintain All LWD tools . Part of QSC ( Quality steering committe )

* Working as part of LWD team before leading it to serice , maintain , modify , calibrate and test All logging tools * Works without supervision on the LWD modules proficient in. * Follows and implements the R&M process (QTRAC) and utilizes appropriate maintenance manuals and procedures including relevant use of RMS and associated paperwork. * Keeps up-to-date with mod-recaps, TIR’s and the implementation of these in tools. * Actively participates in knowledge sharing and reuse. * Proactively monitors use, and re-ordering of required inventory and spare parts. * Follows and complies with all Schlumberger and D&M policies, wears all personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. * Plans ahead to ensure timely completion of work orders. * Performing tool calibrations and advanced skills in calibration QC and troubleshooting. * Basic LWD Logs interpretation and failures identification.

Increasing Reliability of all LWD tools , started with EMG (Emirates) then all MEA locations with coordination of CRE.
