Technology & Operations Performance Management

- Perform routine activities within the specified scope. - Coordinate internally to identify competencies required for jobs within each sector and participates in monitoring effective usage of the stc competency dictionary, under the guidance of immediate senior. - Collate data used for various Human Resources processes including training needs, high potential information, workforce requirements, employee engagement data, etc., by coordinating internally with various sectors. - Review administrative tasks in the design of various end - to - end Human Resources processes, in compliance with established standards. - Collate requirements and data from all sectors pertaining to periodic surveys of salary structure, grading methodology, employee engagement, internal customer satisfaction, and leadership performance (through 360-degree surveys). - Gather data from employees across stc to garner customer feedback on the Human Resources service being provided to the business. - Coordinate with external consultants and participates in the payment procedures, as and when required. - Prepare technical reports related to human resource activities, in a timely manner, as applicable to the role. - Identify any recurring process issues or discrepancies and makes recommendations to improve current processes. - Help with routine work and escalates issues, as necessary. - Liaises within the assigned team to build effective working relationships.

- Responsible for attracting and hiring new talents to be incubated into Talent Incubation program "TIP" which is considered as one of the most valuable development programs in the region that aims to provide fresh graduates with variety of job tasks, also, arrange knowledgeable and competencies development programs that provides wide professional exposure and the opportunity to work in the country’s most valuable brand. - Posting jobs and sourcing professional talents via stc main portals plus LinkedIn page based on the need of the assigned positions - Participating in career fairs across the kingdom, initiating conversations and informal interviews with potential talents, and building a database that includes job seekers’ information via STC electronic devices. - Interviewing and recruiting for technical, managerial jobs within the organization.
