Abdullah Organji

I have gained a significant amount of experience in my long career. I have had multiple roles, from being a junior engineer taking my first steps to becoming the head of the strategic storage. My journey has taken more than 15 years, during which I have held many leadership positions and successfully completed diverse tasks requiring advanced leadership skills and strong abilities in planning, development, problem-solving, and strategic thinking. I have managed many diverse projects with huge budgets. As a result, I have received many certificates of thanks and appreciation and contributed to many tangible achievements. My practical experience has been wide-ranging. I began my journey as an engineer managing construction projects in the field. I learned the behind-the-scenes details of construction work, project implementation methods, and the secrets of the world of contractors. Eventually, I became the head of strategic storage, in which I oversaw the planning, measuring, and analysis of projects as well as quality management. I believe in the principle of kaizen for continuous development. Through my learning action plan, I have already undertaken more than 600 hours of training. My learning plan has three main elements: specialization, self-development, and workshops, which will allow me to translate the theory into practice. I also believe in diversity in achievement. All the projects that I have supervised were either for the water industry or were development projects to increase customer satisfaction and establish new forms of customer service. Finally, I still have my big dreams and burning ambition.
