- Managing the recruitment cycle by Implementing and developing tools for HR recruitment (sourcing, shortlisting, scheduling, interviewing, selecting, preparing proposed packages, job offers and contracts) work visa issuance and onboarding. - Managing 3-year business plan/Manpower plan. - Providing support on employee relations issues - Creating new policies and procedures (e.g., business travel, health & fitness, WFH work from home, child education) and ensuring compliance with internal HR Manual and Saudi Labour Laws. - Supporting the design and implementation of HR ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics and SAP Success Factors) (currently in final stages to go live in some SAP modules). - Managing and operating full payroll cycle (Preparation of payroll and payment upload). - Managing, and maintaining, the annual performance management program (PMP). - Working with consultants on several projects e.g., Annual allowances and benefits survey, total compensation benchmarking, review of HR manual and process and procedures mapping. - Facilitating merit, promotion, and internal equity cycles. - Managing GOSI and MLSD company accounts adding, removing employees, adjusting employee monthly, yearly salaries and issuing and uploading WPS files routing GOSI invoice for payment.
