Enhancing local content by shifting agreements toward the local market in a way that aligns with the company conditions, while ensuring fair competition and maintaining appropriate quality standards. Achieving cost optimization without compromising product quality or supply chain efficiency, with continuous monitoring to ensure operational sustainability. Coordinating and conducting regular meetings with various departments, including Operations, HR, Marketing, Projects, and other teams, to ensure alignment and achievement of shared objectives.
