• Preparing the required documents and materials according to the project’s execution plan. • Communicating with the venues hosting the program and coordinating with them regarding the project’s requirements. • Obtaining and reviewing price quotations, then providing recommendations to the project manager. • Fully supervising and coordinating with stakeholders in carrying out support service tasks. • Submitting reports on support service tasks to the project manager. • Attending regular and non-regular project meetings. • Being present at all times at the training sessions’ venue. • Contributing to the preparation of the final project report.
