Vice President of Education at Qatar University Toastmasters Chapter. My role is to educate and encourage members to complete their educational pathways and monitor their progress. I guide and mentor them throughout their journey. I am also responsible for organizing regular meetings and assigning roles to members.

عملتُ في وزارة الداخلية وبالتحديد في قسم تخطيط القوى العاملة لعدة سنوات، أكسبني هذا المجال التعرف على أسس تخطيط القوى العاملة، وإعداد بطاقات الوصف الوظيفي، مع الاطلاع على مختلف أقسام الموارد البشرية في الوزارة عن كثب. كما عملتُ إداريًا في سكرتارية مكتب مساعد مدير الموارد البشرية في آخر سنتين، ما جعلني ألم باستراتيجية التعيين والابتعاث، وتنظيم الاجتماعات على المستويات الإشرافي.

المهام: إنشاء أصل قاعدة البيانات للملحقين باللجنة الأمنية لبطولة كأس العالم ٢٠٢٢ استيراد وتحديث وإدخال البيانات ومتابعتها ( أكثر من ٣٠ ألف ملحق) بحث الاحتياجات والمتطلبات الفنية والتقنية وتطوير قاعدة البيانات بالتنسيق المباشر مع المبرمج المسؤول التنسيق مع الجهات العسكرية ( وزارة الدفاع - قوة لخويا - وزارة الداخلية) لمتابعة النظام وإعطاء الصلاحيات ومسؤوليات المستخدمين تدريب العناصر الإدارية في وحدات اللجنة الأمنية على استخدام قاعدة البيانات بالشكل الصحيح ومتابعة المشاكل وتوفير الدعم الفني طوال الفترة إصدار التقارير والجداول الإحصائية وإنشاء العروض التقديمية لأصحاب القرار Tasks: - Create a database asset for the 2022 FIFA World Cup security committee. - Importing, updating, data entry and follow-up. - Researching technical and technical needs and requirements and developing the database in direct coordination with the responsible programmer. - Coordination with the military authorities (Ministry of Defense, Lekhwiya Force, Ministry of Interior) to follow up on the system and give powers and responsibilities to users. - Training the administrative elements in the Security Committee units on the proper use of the database, following up on issues and providing technical support throughout the period. - Issuing reports and statistical tables and creating presentations for decision makers.

A short period with outstanding outcomes, that summarizes my journey as Social Media Coordinator for six months. I learned a lot, and gave markable efforts to enhance the media presence for the Media department in Twitter, Instagram and Whatsapp.
