The BACS consortium will be responsible for the design and build of Lines 1 and 2 of the Riyadh metro networks. These two lines will form part of the six-line metro system that will run for a total length of 176 kilometers across the city and includes 85 stations. Our scope of work on lines 1 and 2 encompasses detailed structural, architectural, and transit system design together with construction, testing and commissioning works. We are fully responsible for the design and integration of the transit systems and the civil infrastructure. Lines 1 will stretch from north to south through the center of Riyadh, along the Olaya-Batha corridor, covering 38kilometers. Lines 2 will run east to west along King Abdullah Road and will be built mostly at grade (15km) with some elevated sections. Abstract: Developed the Baseline Master Schedule with all interfaces of stakeholders. Worked with the focus of responsibility: Planning: Participate in regular maintenance of project program Client/ Internal including scenario analysis, resource planning, detailed planning of various project disciplines. Controlling: Established project progress sheets and timely updating the weekly and monthly progress of the Transit system schedule in Primavera P6. Monitoring: Review analysis and suggest daily site report for updating and monitoring the progress on daily basis and reflect in Schedule and issuing Earned value report and reports for client, consortium and internal management. Reporting: Gathering monthly inputs from respective subprojects generating client / internal monthly / weekly reports. Preparing dashboard and executive summary report based on schedule and real site work.
