We have accomplished clean, user-friendly, and Responsive System that meets HR requirement. -Deployed and configured "Manage Engine Service Desk Plus" for several customers of Naizak to align their IT services to their Actual business using ITIL Guidelines. -Deployed and customized an asset registrar system. -Manage Database Infrastructure. -Digitize some of Naizak Documents using Microsoft Share Point.

Spearheaded the integration of Dynamics 365 F&O with the in-house HRMS, transforming payroll processing from a quarterly manual cycle to automated monthly employee-level reporting. Designed and deployed interactive financial dashboards with KPIs and productivity benchmarks, enabling data-driven decision-making across business units. Built Accounts Receivable and Payable reporting infrastructure, equipping management with real-time financial analytics. Implemented role-based security access controls aligned with job functions, ensuring data governance and regulatory compliance.

Architected and delivered OneHR — a comprehensive enterprise HRMS covering Payroll, Attendance, and Workflow modules — adopted by 1,200+ employees across two business groups. Implemented SuiteCRM to digitalize client relationship management, replacing manual tracking with an integrated enterprise CRM platform. Developed an Inbound Delivery Management web application integrated with ERP, replacing manual logistics coordination with real-time shipment tracking. Built a Vehicle Management System to automate fleet tracking and operations. Implemented and customized Snipe-IT for IT asset management, digitizing asset tracking across the organization.

Delivered end-to-end ITSM transformation for 5+ clients, implementing ManageEngine Service Desk Plus with ERP and third-party integrations. Aligned IT service delivery with ITIL guidelines, improving operational efficiency and supporting broader digital transformation initiatives.
