Duties/Responsibilities #Monitor Shade and Color matching after firing and suggest correction. Coordinate with supervisor or concern for the improvement of Quality & Quantity. Mention the production schedule and quantity and set suitable perameter and its monitoring. Monitor Dryer & Kiln all kinds of Problems with possible Solution to concerned In Charge. Responsible for Observing & illumination of the finished product Diagonal, Planarity, Size & Surface etc.. Set operation schedule, Operation & Maintenance planning of the kiln system. Maintain the temperature curve as per kiln function and output product. Maintain the temperature related documentation. Monitor Dryer loading, Unloading and dryer Area. Scrutinize and Solve the kiln & Multilayer dryer related problem. Monitor operation of natural gas burner, Combustion blower, Cooling blower, Compressor Air.
