I build and lead shared services that connect strategy, people, governance, systems, cost, risk, and execution. With 14+ years of experience and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, I serve as Chief Shared Services Officer, following leadership roles as Head of the Resources Sector and HR Director. Project exposure includes The Zone; King Saud University and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in O&M; Aramco-related manpower leasing; the Balady Licensing System; and contracting projects involving Oud Square, National Guard, the GCC Secretariat Building, MOFA Dammam, and Qassim. In Hospitality & Restaurants, I have led strategic, governance, franchise, and commercial files involving Beit Ward, Beirut Khanum – Hamat, OBO, Officers Club Al Khobar, Beit Ward with Cenomi, projects linked to the Diriyah Gate Development Authority, Sela, AFC/FIFA-related events, Mrsool Park, Al Qadsiah Club, Al Ahli Club, and Hilton-related franchise initiatives. Selected outcomes: • Reduced targeted operating cost categories by approximately 35%. • Achieved a 42% reduction in restaurant lease costs. • Reduced medical insurance costs by more than 30%. • Contributed to Platinum Saudization in restaurant and contracting. • Recruited 1,500+ employees within one year and reduced turnover from 13% to 4%. • Managed HRDF agreements and collections exceeding SAR 22 million. • Supported the digitization of 5,500 tenant contracts and increased occupancy from 67% to 97%.
