• support the Bank’s profitability analysis, budgeting and forecasting system • running Daily, monthly and yearly financial processes using Hyperion Oracle reporting system • maintaining application hierarchies, business rules, and system users • performing analysis on profitability results • Participating in projects and assisting in the following: requirements definition, analysis, testing, and trouble shooting.

• Administration, checking, policing and maintenance of central utility plant internal systems. • Configuration and set-up of all new server systems required internally for the company’s activities. • Firewall administration, checking and policing and overall responsibility for company IT security. • Resolving /solving problems and challenges over the telephone and desktop support to internal users. • Network administration (including backup, security management, user account management, e-mail systems including e-mail web server, internet access, office systems and applications support). • Plans, implements, and supports the network and computing infrastructure plan. • Assists with technology planning, monitoring and recording and reporting through ongoing research. • Reviewing of systems improvements as well as making recommendations on development that relate to the business needs.(SAP, HPSM, i-Plant, GIS, DOCUMENTUM, E-rooms)
