Handle all government transactions related to the Ministry of Human Resources, Social Insurance (GOSI), Absher, Qiwa, Muqeem, and other relevant platforms • Ensure compliance with labor laws, governmental policies, and regulatory updates • Process and follow up on employees’ visas, work permits, residency (Iqama) renewals, and cancellations • Coordinate with government offices for issuing letters, certificates, and official documents • Maintain accurate records of all government transactions and submit regular reports to HR management • Resolve employee-related governmental issues promptly and professionally. • Support HR in onboarding new employees by completing all official requirements • Represent the company in governmental agencies when required • Maintain strong relationships with government officials and service centers • Monitor changes in local laws and ensure the company is up to date with new regulations
