I am working as an Electrical Site Engineer on the RAS AL KHAIR – RIYADH Water Transmission System (H&I) – Package C1 project. I am responsible for all Cathodic Protection (CP) systems and associated electrical installation works across the project. My responsibilities include: • Internal and external Cathodic Protection (CP) systems for tanks • Permanent and temporary CP systems for station piping • Installation, testing, and commissioning of Transformer Rectifier (TR) units • Installation and termination of CP cables and power cables • Installation of cable trays, conduits, supports, and cable routing systems • Installation of anodes, junction boxes, test stations, and associated CP equipment • Cable laying, glanding, termination, continuity testing, and troubleshooting • Coordination with construction, QA/QC, consultants, and client representatives for inspections and approvals • Ensuring all electrical and CP works are executed in compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and approved drawings • Monitoring site activities to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of works

• Prepared complete electrical tender packages, including BOQs, cost sheets, and technical submissions, based on project drawings and specifications. • Performed accurate quantity take-offs (QTO) for LV/MV systems (lighting, power distribution, cable trays, earthing, ELV, and control systems). • Developed detailed cost estimations covering materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, and overheads. • Coordinated with suppliers and subcontractors to request quotations and verify technical compliance. • Reviewed and evaluated technical and commercial offers, preparing structured price comparison and evaluation sheets. • Prepared and finalized technical and commercial proposals, ensuring timely submission of all tender documents. • Ensured that all tender documents met client requirements, project scope, codes, and standards. • Identified potential risks, deviations, and value engineering opportunities to optimize project cost and design. • Assisted project managers during pre-award discussions, negotiations, and clarification meetings. • Supported the tender process through post-tender clarifications, coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal departments.

Client ( Riyadh Municipality - Amana ) Consultant ( Dar Al - Handasah ) Major Projects: 1- Addressing Traffic Hazardous Locations and Black Points for a Number of Intersections in the Downtown, Eastern, Northern, Southern and Western Neighborhoods of Riyadh Project Roles & Responsibilities: • Assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of electrical installations, including HV/LV systems, lighting, and power distribution for storm drainage and traffic signal systems. • Reviewing electrical blueprints, schematics, and AutoCAD designs to ensure compliance with project specifications, guidelines, and standards. • Coordinating procurement and distribution of materials for storm drainage pumps, control panels, and traffic signals. • Supporting site teams to ensure timely project execution and compliance with safety protocols and standards. • Conducting site inspections, testing installations, and ensuring quality assurance for electrical works. • Preparing progress reports, maintaining records, and contributing to project documentation. • Resolving electrical issues and liaising with civil and mechanical teams for seamless integration. • Assisting in obtaining necessary approvals and permits for electrical installations

Electrical Engineer – Traffic Signal Projects • Assisting in planning, execution, and monitoring of electrical installations, including HV/LV systems, lighting, and power distribution • Reviewing and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and AutoCAD designs to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards • Coordinating procurement and distribution of electrical materials and equipment as per project requirements • Supporting site engineers, electricians, and subcontractors for smooth project execution • Ensuring adherence to safety protocols, electrical codes, and regulatory standards at the construction site • Conducting site inspections to monitor electrical works and performing system testing for quality assurance • Preparing daily progress reports, maintaining records of electrical works, and assisting in creating technical reports for project meetings • Identifying and resolving electrical issues during construction and installation phases • Liaising with civil and mechanical teams to integrate electrical works into overall project plans • Assisting in obtaining necessary approvals, certifications, and permits for electrical works

• Designing solar photovoltaic systems for industrial, commercial, and residential applications • Conducting energy modeling and simulation using software like PVsyst to forecast performance and financial viability • Performing site evaluations, including environmental assessments and shading analyses, to determine optimal panel placement • Creating electrical system designs, including string sizing, inverter selection, and wiring schematics • Preparing detailed technical proposals, reports, and cost analyses for clients • Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources from concept to commissioning • Collaborating with clients to assess energy needs and provide customized solar solutions • Estimating energy production and cost savings for proposed solar systems • Coordinating with installation teams to ensure systems are installed according to design specifications • Ensuring compliance with local codes, standards, and regulations for solar installations • Monitoring project progress and troubleshooting issues during installation • Recommending suitable solar equipment manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors to clients • Educating clients on the benefits of solar energy, including tax incentives and environmental advantages • Overseeing system testing, commissioning, and handover to clients • Keeping up-to-date with advancements in solar technologies and industry trends
