Coordinate, oversee, and direct the company’s events, starting from the creation of the procurement package through to the execution of the event. Maintain communication with corporate management and stakeholders to ensure the event objectives are met. Additionally, as a member of Aramco’s Hospitality team, contribute to delivering a world-class hospitality experience for Aramco guests during the Formula 1 (F1) races and Aramco Team Series (ATS) activities.

Assigned as Visitor Experience shift supervisor in major regional events such as Saudi national day, SPARK, IKTVA and FIKR 2020. And managing Customer Service and Crowd Management in terms of ticketing, visitor feedback, call center and flow of thousands of visitors. In addition to plan and execute Customer Service projects development plan consisting of 16 projects. Also, develop the unit’s two days off structure based on events and operation needs. Finally, support Ithra VIP and Protocol team in delivering full tour experience to VIP guests.

Establish Ithra’s Quality Assurance function and Visitor Experience unit quality standards, develop and oversee Operations division front of house staff training and development program. In addition, to oversee the division’s policies, processes, and procedures in alignment with the division’s OE and KPI processes. And to update the management on overall services quality and performance measures on monthly basis.

Oversee logistics for international arrivals to King Fahd International Airport with Government Affairs and Airport’s Management. Develop and execute guest accommodation plan and guest transportation plan with financial agreements with stakeholders. In addition, to set guest’s reception desks operation plan at the airport and assist the required Saudi Aramco’s employees and volunteers to run the desks.
