Responsible of conducting Industrial sector studies and recommending Lending Policies. -Loan Review Committee Member A continuous participant in transforming the organization’s core goals and mandate to achieve the economic targets of Saudi 2030 Vision and Strategy through the development of Mergers & Acquisitions Product, co-development of Saudi-Sino Investment Fund, as well representing SIDF in local and international events.

Managing SIDF's full relationship with 16-21 industrial investments (Limited Liability and Saudi Joint Stock Companies) in Food & Beverages sector. Major job responsibilities entail the following: • Presenting Appraisal Reports to the Management Committee or Board of Directors for new and expansion projects: Historical Analysis & Forecasting, Owners Net worth valuation, S.W.O.T. analysis, Risk assessment and Technical/Market Validation. • Preparing periodic Loan Reviews: Site visits, Financial analysis, updating progress developments, giving recommendations, and rating projects. • Auditing disbursement cost claims

2 months training program run by J.P Morgan Chase, NYC in Market Economics, Corporate Finance, Financial Accounting & Financial Modelling, Mergers and Acquisition, and Credit Analysis.

The desk manages the balance sheet of the entire bank, by quoting deposits & pricing loans. Cash Management is also part of our daily work by lending, borrowing or swapping all currencies from O/N to 1 Year (Interbanking).
