Oversee the day-to-day operations, which can include negotiating contracts with vendors or prospective employees, assigning tasks, leading meetings and implementing initiatives handed down by the general manager. Analyze and implement policies and procedures, oversee short- and long-term business plans and initiatives and help in budgeting activities. Resolve internal and external problems. Track key projects, present reports to the general manager.

Check in detail the accounting submitted by Subcontractors for "unit prices Subcontracts". Review accounting (pricing or accounting sheets) submitted by Subcontractors checking in detail quantities, correct application of unit prices and correctness of all calculations. Assures that extra works, new unit prices, claims, back charges, liquidated damages and close out of the Subcontracts are performed / processed in accordance with the relevant procedure. Check and ensure receipt of all Subcontract documents from Home Office.

Provides general assistance and advice on contractual and procurement matters as required to support Company's operations. Drafts appropriate contractual and commercial terms and conditions to best serve and protect Company's interests. Draft appropriate procedures of change orders process within the Company's interests. Reviews and amends standard contract documentation as required. Assisting claims section in various tasks and paperwork. Review purchase orders contractual documents and represents the company in procurement negotiations.

Implement quality and productivity objectives to achieve company goals. Ensure that employees follow the company standards, policies and strategies. Cooperate with General Manager in recruiting, training, performance evaluation and promotions. Coordinate with General Manager in planning short and long term projects, budgets, expense controls, schedules, and manpower. Evaluate key productivity indicators and implement process improvement initiatives. Develop operational strategy and ensure that the operational activities meet the organizational requirements. Delegate daily work assignments and schedules for employees.

Assist in planning company events, meetings, luncheons, and employee team building activities or special projects as needed. Create, organize, and maintain schedules for all employees. Perform bookkeeping, reservations, and clerical duties. Purchase, track, and invoice office supplies. Recruit and train new employees. Address complaints and requests with quality customer service skills. Field complaints and address visitor concerns. Assign tasks and ensure all staff positions are covered for the duration of shift. Answer phone inquiries, direct calls and provide basic information.
