• Provide leadership and direction to a workforce dental professionals, fostering teamwork, accountability, and continuous professional development. • Oversee the delivery of comprehensive dental services, ensuring compliance with clinical governance, quality, and patient safety standards. • Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and performance evaluation of dentists and dental assistants. • Develop and implement policies, protocols, and initiatives that enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction. • Collaborate with other healthcare departments and external stakeholders to support integrated healthcare delivery. • Lead initiatives for preventive dentistry, community outreach, and public health awareness.

Provide comprehensive oral healthcare services to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of common dental diseases. Perform restorative, preventive, and minor surgical procedures; manage dental emergencies; and ensure patient education on oral hygiene. Maintain accurate medical records and comply with clinical guidelines, infection control, and governmental healthcare regulations. Collaborate with dental assistants and other healthcare professionals to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
