As the Chief Executive Officer of the Eastern Health Cluster (EHC), I lead its transformation into a national model for digital innovation, operational excellence, and patient-centered care under Saudi Vision 2030. With more than 20 years of experience as a dual-qualified physician and pharmacist, I trained in anesthesiology and critical care in Canada and the U.S., and hold executive leadership credentials from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and IMD Switzerland. Since assuming the role of CEO in 2018, I have spearheaded major achievements, including the deployment of a region-wide integrated health information system, the Kingdom’s first unified patient record, advances in preventive health programs, and the establishment of one of Saudi Arabia’s largest accredited training networks.
