* Making investment plane and evaluate the financial and economic costs of projects. * Preparation of field mission report of every mission of road condition assessment and routine monitoring. * Monitoring and tracking of project like building. Clinic and schools. * Evaluate and prepare progress/ statues report. * Plan and oversee the process of procurement of project supply and equipment. * Coordinate meeting, including travel arrangement and expense reports. * Develops and review project statues and reports. * Check the financial document and report of the project. * Develop follow-up action plan for internal and external monitoring findings. * Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. * Using technical and economic data, prepare a multiyear investment plan for periodic and routine maintenance and rehabilitation using the world banks Construction Economic. * Check and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safty and other regulations.

* Sketching and drawing of the planned improvement of the buildings. * Perform any other related duties assigned by project Manager. * Control and approve administrative and financial affair and documents of the projects. * During project acceptance and maintenance.

* Maine Duty and Responsibility: * Prepare daily report and weekly report of all project sites. * Prepare cost and expenditure statements and other necessary documentation at regular intervals for the duration of project. * Coordinate meeting, including travel arrangement and expense report. * File all project documents (hard and soft copies) * Develops and review project status and reports. * Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all sites involved in the project. * Check all documents submitted to procurement department by both user and other related to procurement of required. * Check and assure all activities performed according to approved drawing, standard, specification approved technical requirement. * Review the sub-contractors field plans for compliance with the contract documents. * Plan and oversee the process of procurement of project supply and equipment.
