Prepare all kind of Method statement, checklist, internal auditing & External auditing Documentation. Overall QC Asst Engr & QC Junior Engr Monitoring his work, Conducting weekly basic Training & meeting with Quality Teams & Site execution team. Oversee proper methods laboratory testing is followed and proper up to date records are maintained. Monitoring the report for weekly basic Standard deviation Concrete cube crushing tests on daily Basis. Carry out daily, regular site inspection as defined in method of statement. Preparation of technical documentations as required by the customers. Monitoring QC lab equipment confirms and condition. Responsible of samples testing work and collection. Responsible of project site (Snag) pre handing over inspection. Responsible of Customer site handing over.
