ASSIST Project (Afghanistan Shelter & Settlement Initiative Supporting Transition) Responsibilities as Senior Engineer : • Provision of technical documents and design package for shelter and road projects. • Provision of cost estimation for ASSIST project. • Supervision of technical staff. • Provision of work plan for implementation of shelter and road projects. • Provision of organization chart and HR plan for technical staff. • Prepared training workshop on seismic & new method for reinforced adobe shelter housing construction project for technical staff. • Prepared training materials for skilled labors to successfully implement shelter project. • Provision of monthly reports of project. • Close coordination with Kabul municipality engineering directorate. • Provision of technical report to engineering directorate of Kabul municipality.

Civil Engineer Afghanistan Transition Initiative program (ATI) & Quack Impact (QIP) Project funded by PRT & USAID Responsibilities: • Member of design team for ATI and QIP projects. • Monitored construction projects in three provinces, Parwan, Kapesa & Panjsher. • Provision of preliminary technical assessment for above mentioned three provinces
