1.Identify and evaluate of all existing and potential risks to perform any type of maintenance/ modification/ project jobs. 2.Assessment of Environmental Aspects and Impacts (AIMs) of different process and support lines (e.g Underground Water, Air Compressor, WWTP, Generator. etc.) 3.Assessment of Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) of different production lines. 4.Initiate Management Programs/ SOP/ Working Instructions on resolving risks assessed from HIRA & AIMs. 5.Develop and implement agreed internal control systems, procedures and solutions of the potential risks assessed by the Risk Assessment. 6.Providing appropriate trainings to all contractors and visitors to have a complete understanding of the procedures they must follow during their working activities and presence on company premises. 7.Responsible for maintaining all types of Licenses like Environment Licenses, Boiler License, Diesel Storage License, WWTP Water test from DoE/BCSIR etc. 8.Responsible for maintaining regular compliance related certificates as per regulatory or company policy requirements. 9.Auditing all lines for Safety Assessment to ensure safe working environment. 10.Implementation of LOTO (Log Out & Tag Out) in all maintenance work for safe working environment. 11.Implementing Risk Prediction Tool and Permit to Work for safe working environment at work place. 12.Responsible for maintaining all applicable clauses of ISO OSASH Certification. 13.Regularly providing awareness and re-fresher training to team on environmental aspects and impacts, safety on work performing. 14.Active member of Factory Safety Committee. 15.Active & proud member of Factory Fire Fighting Team. 16.Responsible for effective operations of all Utility Equipments which includes 3 nos of DG (1x800 KWe & 2x400KWe), 2 no. 1.To prepare maintenance SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) of scheduled maintenance at different running hour of engines. 2.To supervise during scheduled maintenance at Perkins Diesel Engine 3.To make service activity report and preserve it for future requirement. 4.To make invoice according to the volume of job and pass necessary information at CFU for credit collection 5.To receive calls from clients as well as team members for technical supports. 6.To help the end users to enhance their general awareness regarding schedule maintenance. 7.To keep communication with principal regarding any unseen trouble 8.To prepare and submit the warranty claim form against any under warranty fault 9.To check the stock of the central store using Ecap software and pass the information to the spare parts Department to keep a good stock of spare parts. 10.Identify the significant causes and its sub-causes to investigate the root causes of main equipment's failure with prepare and follow the action plan for reduction of the breakdown frequency and duration.

1.To Prepare and give presentation to different corporate customers specially the Telecom Customer regarding Gen-Set operation, Installation & commissioning and Servicing. 2.Planning to reduce response time for any kind of trouble shoot and to provide smooth servicing to our customers. 3.Planning, Monitoring and implementation of GP project. 4.To receive calls from the clients for support and to train up other engineers for direct customer support. 5.Implement any additional modification required during install the Genset (If required). 6.To prepare preventive maintenance schedule of all installed Gensets of the project. 7.To communicate with principal regarding any arisen problem during installation & commissioning. 8.To prepare and submit the warranty claim form against any under warranty fault 9.To help the end users to enhance their general awareness regarding schedule maintenance.

1.Performing full and formal inspection and maintenance different kind of Textile Machineries like, Carding, LOPTEX, Ring, Simplex, Auto Conner etc. 2.Prepare inspection strategy sheet and master plan of plant equipment’s to set up a well establish PM (Preventive Maintenance) based maintenance structure. 3.To identify need of maintenance as proactive step based on various inspections to train the shift operators and maintenance personal on condition monitoring.
